Had an appointment with annie today. wanted a bit of a different look as my hair is very thick and looks shapeless/flat most of the time. annie was absolutely BRILLIANT as were the other members of staff. They took the time to have a proper sit down consultation with me. we had breaks where we stopped and had a checkover to see if it was what i wanted and it was such a nice relaxed environment with them. i felt so comfortable and couldn’t help myself from smiling when i saw the results. my hair looks amazing and i am so over the moon with everyone there with how kind and welcoming they are. i’ve never left a hairdressers as happy as i did swanky malone.
