This is not to say an individual is not...individual, nor creative, because they are productive and visionary. Seeing something and forming a new version, collaborating a variety of ideas into one. 

Since before I started my own business my goal has to be on stage speaking to and inspiring people in a subject that I am so passionate about. The industry is full of influential people and to be asked to do a presentation at The Gentlemen’s Grooming and Lifestyle Show in Tobacco Dock London, our capital, among those influential people, was a dream come true.

I would like to say how proud it makes me feel that this world renowned series has chosen Liverpool to do most of its filming. The history and culture from the days of the peaky blinders has such a strong presence within our city, you cant help but feel privileged.

The BAFTA’s, yet another star studded event that gets the whole world talking.

Yesterday I ventured into the salon to refresh my clients (Mia) hair. Mia had previously been in to see me about 3 weeks prior to this appointment for a full revamp. Now Mia, who I hope will forgive me for saying this, is not a frequent visitor to the shop. In fact I have only done Mia’s hair 3 times in total over a time period I will not mention as I feel I wont wake up tomorrow if I do!…let me brake down the visits in detail for you:

So Swanky Malone Downtown had a very successful first day! With opening on a bank holiday one doesn't know what to expect in terms of passing trade! As myself (Swanky) and my brother, who has recently joined the Swanky Mob, turned onto Jamaica Street at approx 8:30am, it was nothing shy of...
